本政策适用于 wstranai Chrome 扩展、wstranai 官网以及支持扩展运行的在线服务。
如果你不同意本政策，可以停止使用相关功能、退出账号或卸载扩展。
2. 我们处理的信息
- 账号信息：例如邮箱、登录与设备状态、会员及使用额度。
- 功能设置：例如语言选择、自动翻译设置、本人介绍、客户筛选、AI 回复偏好和客户标签。
- 功能内容：为完成翻译、语音转写或 AI 回复而处理的文字、语音及相关对话内容。
- 运行信息：为保障服务稳定、安全和正确记录用量所需的基础请求、错误与使用记录。
自动翻译默认开启。打开 WhatsApp Web 聊天后，扩展会处理显示译文所需的消息文字。你可以随时关闭自动翻译；语音转写和 AI 回复需要使用对应功能。
3. 信息用途
我们仅将信息用于提供和改进你使用的功能，包括翻译、语音转写、AI 回复、客户跟进、账号登录、会员权益、故障排查和安全防护。
AI 回复只生成可编辑建议。最终内容由你检查，发送动作始终由你完成。
4. 服务商与共享
为了完成相应功能，我们可能使用必要的语音识别、翻译与 AI、云基础设施和邮件服务商。这些服务商只获得完成服务所需的信息，并受相应的合同与隐私义务约束。
我们不出售或出租用户数据，不将聊天内容用于广告画像，也不向无关第三方披露。只有在提供服务、保障安全、遵守法律或获得用户授权时，才会进行必要共享。
5. 保存与安全
我们尽量减少数据传输与保存，仅在提供功能、维护账号、履行会员权益、处理安全问题或满足法律要求所需的时间内保留信息。
服务采用 HTTPS 加密传输、身份验证、访问控制和必要的安全监测。浏览器中的本地设置通常会在清除扩展数据或卸载扩展后移除。任何互联网服务都无法保证绝对安全，如发现异常请及时联系我们。
6. 你的选择与权利
你可以修改语言与自动翻译设置、编辑或删除客户标签、退出账号、移除设备、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展。
如需查询、更正或删除服务器保存的账号与业务数据，请使用注册邮箱联系 wstranai@163.com。为保护账号安全，我们可能需要验证身份；法律、安全、账务或争议处理要求保留的数据除外。
7. 政策与联系
wstranai 对通过 Chrome 扩展权限获得的信息的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。数据仅用于扩展公开说明的功能及必要的安全、维护和可靠性工作。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the wstranai Chrome extension, the wstranai website, and the online services that support the extension.
If you do not agree with this policy, you may stop using a feature, sign out, or uninstall the extension.
2. Information we process
- Account information: such as email, sign-in and device state, membership, and usage allowances.
- Feature settings: such as languages, auto-translation, your profile, customer criteria, AI reply preferences, and customer tags.
- Feature content: text, voice, and relevant conversation content needed to perform translation, transcription, or AI Reply.
- Operational information: basic request, error, and usage records needed for reliability, security, and accurate usage accounting.
Auto-translation is on by default. After you open a conversation in WhatsApp Web, the extension processes the message text needed to display translations. You can turn it off at any time. Voice transcription and AI Reply require use of their corresponding features.
3. How we use information
We use information only to provide and improve the features you use, including translation, voice transcription, AI Reply, customer follow-up, sign-in, membership benefits, troubleshooting, and security.
AI Reply produces editable suggestions only. You review the final content and perform every send action.
4. Providers and sharing
We may use necessary speech-recognition, translation and AI, cloud-infrastructure, and email providers. They receive only the information needed to perform their service and are subject to applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
We do not sell or rent user data, use chats for advertising profiles, or disclose information to unrelated third parties. We share information only where necessary to provide the service, protect security, comply with law, or act with your authorization.
5. Retention and security
We minimize transmission and storage and keep information only for as long as needed to provide features, maintain accounts, deliver membership benefits, address security issues, or meet legal obligations.
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, authentication, access controls, and appropriate security monitoring. Local browser settings are normally removed when extension data is cleared or the extension is uninstalled. No online service can guarantee absolute security; contact us if you notice suspicious activity.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change language and auto-translation settings, edit or remove customer tags, sign out, remove devices, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension.
To request access, correction, or deletion of account and business information stored on our servers, contact wstranai@163.com from your registered email address. We may verify ownership to protect your account. Data required for law, security, accounting, or dispute resolution may need to be retained.
7. Policy and contact
wstranai's use of information received through Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only for the extension's disclosed features and the security, maintenance, and reliability work needed to support them.
